THE THIRD HARMONY draws on interviews with the likes of veteran activists, behavioral scientists, political scientists, and congresspeople to create an in depth look at how nonviolence is a key fundamental in the wider struggle to develop a "new story" of human nature; WE ARE THE RADICAL MONARCHS follows a unique scout troop of young women in Oakland, Calif. who together battle racism, misogyny and homophobia while affirming their own value as young women of color; and CONNECTIVITY PROJECT highlights different cultures and traditions around the world embracing the importance of interconnectedness, inspiring viewers to consider their own agency and responsibility to impact change.

BOUNDARY-BREAKING WOMEN

A FINE LINE interviews and examines the female experience in the restaurant industry, exploring how discrimination affects their chances in a largely male-drive environment; NO TIME TO WASTE is a touching documentary about Betty Reid Soskin, from her experiences in a segregated Union hall and WWII factory to activist, mother, legislative representative and now park ranger at Rosie the Riveter/WWII Home Front National Historical Park, where she illuminates the invisible histories of people of color by sharing her story as a Black woman who lived it.

ENVIRONMENT & WILDLIFE

INTO THE CANYON follows the incredible journey of Pete McBride and Kevin Fedarko on their 750-mile hike through the entire length of the Grand Canyon, serving both as an urgent warning about the environmental dangers that are placing one of America's greatest monuments in peril and as a cautionary tale for our complex relationship with the natural world; ENTANGLED chronicles the efforts to protect North Atlantic right whales from extinction, the impacts of those efforts on the lobster industry, and how the National Marine Fisheries Service has struggled to balance the vying interests; POINT OF NO RETURN takes viewers behind the headlines of the first solar-powered flight around the world, where two courageous pilots take turns battling nature, their own crew, and sometimes logic itself, to achieve the impossible; NO FEAR NO FAVOR illuminates the wrenching choices faced by those who live where community meets wilderness — on the front lines of Africa's poaching crisis.
