Council for a Livable World - The Council for a Livable World promotes policies to reduce and eventually eliminate nuclear weapons, and to minimize the risk of war through lobbying and by helping elect and support Members of Congress who share our goals. For more than 60 years, the Council for a Livable World has been advocating for a more principled approach to U.S. national security and foreign policy.
Ames Laboratory - Development of a method to purify uranium as an integral part of the Manhattan Project led to the establishment of Ames Laboratory.
Arms Control Association - The Arms Control Association, founded in 1971, is a national nonpartisan membership organization dedicated to promoting public understanding of and support for effective arms control policies.
