ORGANIZATIONS

Coral Gardeners - They are on a mission to revolutionize ocean conservation and create a global movement to save the world’s coral reefs through active reef restoration, awareness activities and innovative solutions, developed by their CG labs.

Coral Restoration Foundation - We are actively restoring coral reefs on a massive scale, educating others on the importance of our oceans, and using science to further coral research and coral reef monitoring techniques.

The Maldives Coral Institute - The Maldives Coral Institute is a science-led body that aims to help coral reefs to survive and adapt to the changing climate. Our mission is to research, develop and implement the means to build coral resilience, mitigate adverse human impact and save our corals and reefs from irreversible loss and degradation.

Coral Reef Alliance - The Coral Reef Alliance (CORAL) works at local, regional, and global levels to keep coral reefs healthy, so they can adapt to climate change and survive for generations to come. As one of the largest global NGOs focused exclusively on protecting coral reefs, CORAL has used cutting-edge science and community engagement for nearly 30 years to reduce direct threats to reefs and to promote scalable and effective solutions for their protection.

Reef Check - Reef Check is a non-profit organization leading citizen scientists to promote stewardship of sustainable reef communities worldwide.

The Ocean Agency - They create awareness and support for ocean science and conservation, accelerating impact through creativity, collaborations, and communication.

NOAA Coral Reef Conservation Program - The Coral Reef Conservation Program is a partnership between the NOAA Line Offices that work on coral reef issues. They bring together expertise from across NOAA for a multidisciplinary approach to understanding and conserving coral reef ecosystems.

Global Coral Reef Alliance - GCRA is a worldwide coalition of volunteer scientists, divers, environmentalists and other individuals and organizations, committed to coral reef preservation. They primarily focus on coral reef restoration, and cutting-edge research on impacts of coral bleaching, global warming, marine diseases, global sea level rise, and pollution on corals.
